We need your help right away!

Since 1927, in war or peace, rain or shine the people of New York City have marched on Northern Boulevard in America's largest Memorial Day Parade
to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in conflicts over the course of our Nation's history. This year we will be specially honoring those who
served and those who made the ultimate sacrifice during the war in Viet Nam, which commenced 50 years ago and ended 40 years ago.

On Monday, May 27, 2013 the Parade will begin at 2pm and proceed west along Northern Boulevard from Jayson Avenue to Alameda Avenue terminating
at St. Anastasia's School.

In addition to the parade, an Art & Essay Contest open to all area students in grades K-9 will take place and a pre-parade Inter-Faith memorial service
dedicated to those who have died in the service of our military forces will be celebrated at the community Church of Little Neck.

None of this will be possible without the generous financial support of many dedicated people like you. On behalf of our Board, once again, we are asking
for your help. Please consider contributing generously! Your entire tax deductible donation will be devoted to the direct expense of the parade, including the
costs associated with our educational efforts, support of veterans, marching bands, insurance, permits, stages, flags and so many other incidentals.

Please note that all personnel associated with the organization are uncompensated volunteers.

The bottom line is that without sufficient support from the community, there will be no Memorial Day Parade on Northern Boulevard. In 2012, the parade
was made possible in large part due to emergency help from the United War Veteran's Council. We are hopeful that our community will answer the call this year.

Again, we really need your contribution of any amount. Every contribution over $100 will receive special recognition on our web site, but any amount you
